Back Office Certification
The Back Office Certification is intended to validate an individual/teams in-depth understanding of Calypso’s Back Office components and how they can be configured to meet the need of various business users. This Certification validates user’s comprehensive knowledge about Calypso’s back office processes and their execution in Calypso.
The Back Office Certification exam is offered across three levels:
- Associate
- Professional
- Expert
Each Calypso Certification is only valid for the current version.The learners will need to re-certify their credentials once a new version of Calypso is released. To successfully complete the program at any level, the learner needs to earn minimum credits specified for each group (Foundation and Advanced) by successfully passing the relevant Certification exams in that group. The learner has the flexibility to choose the exam topics. To know more about the Certification exam and minimum credit requirements for each level, kindly refer below:
CREDITS REQUIRED : 20
* Experience required: 6 months or above
CREDITS REQUIRED : 30
* Experience required: 1 year or above
CREDITS REQUIRED : 50
