COSIF - New Accounts
In order to accommodate new accounting requirements regarding Payment Institutions, BC has created and updated around 70 GL accounts related to the standard chart of accounts – COSIF. As a result, Financial Institutions’ accounting data source systems need to be adapted to ensure the proper provision of GL entries.

New account in Plan de Cuentas (January 2023)
A new account was added to the Plan de Cuentas (Accounts Plan) and it’s correspondence table was also updated.
