General Provisions regarding the registration of commissions were modified. Banks must use the new Commissions Catalog published by Mexico’s Central Bank (Banco de México) on its website to register the commissions they intend to charge customers.

Changes in DLO Report
Adjustments to layout, document, and instructions were issued by BACEN. The main changes are related to: the redifinition and reorganization of risk weighting factors and specific treatments for project financing, covered bonds, problem assets, investments in equity interests, subordinated debt instruments, new retail exposures, synthetic securitization, securitization operations support, new treatments for funds, and credit derivatives.
