French Gender Equality Index

Index de l’égalité femmes-hommes

 

La société CALYPSO TECHNOLOGY considère qu’au regard de l’importance et de la richesse que représente la mixité professionnelle dans le monde professionnel, il y a lieu de promouvoir l’égalité professionnelle dans l’entreprise. En effet, la mixité, la diversité et l’égalité professionnelle entre les hommes et les femmes constituent à la fois des facteurs de cohésion sociale et d’enrichissement humain pour les salariés, ainsi que des sources de progrès économique et social pour l’entreprise.

La Direction réaffirme ainsi la nécessité de garantir une égalité des chances et de traitement des salariés quel que soit leur sexe et s’accorde pour reconnaître que l’égalité professionnelle entre les hommes et les femmes est un enjeu majeur du développement de chaque individu ainsi que de l’entreprise.

Calypso Technology soutient l’initiative du gouvernement français visant à promouvoir l’égalité des sexes. Nous nous efforçons de favoriser une équipe inclusive et diversifiée cependant notre score était incalculable sur l’index égalité homme/femme pour l’année 2021. Nous sommes déterminés à poursuivre nos efforts pour continuer à améliorer ce score en accord avec nos valeurs globales.

Calypso Technology Sarl supports the French government’s initiative to promote gender equality. We strive to foster an inclusive and diverse team worldwide however we were unable to calculate our score on the Gender Equality Index for 2021. We are determined to pursue our efforts to continue improving this score in line with our global values.
