APRA Publishes Minor Updates to the Prudential Framework
On September 6, 2024, APRA proposed minor amendments to the prudential standards APS 110 (Capital Adequacy), APS 112 (Capital Adequacy: Measurement of capital) and APS 116 (Capital Adequacy: Market Risk), which covers the ADI industry. These changes are not material in nature. APRA is seeking feedback on the proposed changes to prudential standards and guidance. Submissions are open until October 4, 2024.
