EBA Q&A Update
On September 20, 2024, the EBA updated its list of Q&As by adding two new ones that provide clarifications on questions related to transparency and Pillar 3 and liquidity reporting.
Germany
BBK Updated Code Lists for AnaCredit Reporting
The Deutsche Bundesbank has updated the code lists for AnaCredit reporting. The changes will become effective in January 2025.
Switzerland
SNB ARIS v5.22 Templates Update
On September 17, 2024, the SNB updated ARIS reporting templates to version 5.22. In the Foreign Counterparties list ,7 new counterparties were added and 81 counterparties were deleted. In the Domestic Counterparties list, 2 counterparties were deleted. The changes introduced in ARIS v5.22 are applicable from September 30, 2024.
Malta
CBM AnaCredit Update
On September 20, 2024, following an update from the ECB, the Central Bank of Malta published the list of international organizations for AnaCredit reporting, effective from September 30, 2024.

BdE CIRBE Validations & Guidelines Update
The BdE has updated CIRBE “Rules for the exchange by telematic transmission of the risk trading statements” v10.09 and “Rules for the exchange by telematic transmission of the declaration of financial statements” v08.6, effective from September 30, 2024.

Draft Validations for MIKI Reporting
Danmarks Nationalbank has published a first draft of validation rules for the future Microeconomic Database for Credit and Deposits (MIKI) reporting.
Kuwait
FATCA and CRS Reporting Deadline Extension
The reporting deadline for filing FATCA and CRS returns for the 2023 fiscal period has been extended to September.

Gibraltar Competent Authority issued updated "AEOI: CRS & FATCA. Reportable Jurisdictions & Explanatory Notes"
“Ukraine has been added to the list of Reportable jurisdictions for information exchange starting 2025.
Sint Maarten has been added to the list of Participating temporary non-reciprocal jurisdictions with the first receipt of information in 2025″
